摘 要:目的:通过对实时动态导航系统(dynamic navigation system,DNS)引导自体牙移植手术与3D打印辅助自体牙移植手术对比研究,评估DNS在自体牙移植手术中应用的可行性。方法:收集自2023年3月~2024年6月在西安交通大学附属口腔医院口腔外科门诊完成自体牙移植病例40例,随机分为DNS组和3D组,前者在DNS引导下完成自体牙移植术,后者采用3D打印辅助旋完成自体牙移植术,分别记录分析两组自体牙移植手术中牙槽窝预备时间、供体牙定位实验次数和总手术时间以及移植成功率。结果:在DNS引导下自体牙移植手术的牙槽窝预备时间、供体牙定位实验次数和总手术时间均明显优于3D打印组(P<0.05),移植成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:DNS技术能够通过术前数字化个性设计,精准完成牙槽窝预备,缩短移植牙体外时间,简化整体手术流程,减少移植牙调整次数,提高手术的效率和精准度。因此,该技术是一种适用于自体牙移植手术且建议临床推广的新技术。Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of the application of DNS in autotransplantation of teeth,by comparing the dynamic navigation system(DNS)guided autotransplantation of teeth and 3D print-assisted autotransplantation of teeth.Methods:A total of 40 cases of autotransplantation of teeth completed in the Oral surgery Department of the Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from March 2023 to June 2024 were collected and randomly divided into DNS group and 3D group.The former performed autotransplantation of teeth guided by DNS,and the latter performed autotransplantation of teeth assisted by 3D printing.The time of alveolar socket preparation,the number of fitting attempts of the donor tooth,the operation time and the transplant success rate of the two groups were analyzed respectively.Results:The time of alveolar socket preparation,the number of fitting attempts of the donor tooth and the operation time in DNS-guided autotransplantation of teeth were significantly better than those in 3D printing group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical differences in transplant success rate(P>0.05).Conclusion:DNS can accurately complete alveolar socket preparation throughpreoperative digital personality design,decrease extra-alveolar time,simplify the overall surgical process,reduce the number ofadjustment of transplanted teeth,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of surgery.Therefore,this technique is suitable forautotransplantation of teeth and recommended for clinical popularization.
