摘 要:“双一流”建设是我国政府为提升高等教育水平、建设世界一流大学和一流学科而实施的一项重要战略。新一轮“双一流”建设为体育院校提供了坚实的政策支持和宝贵的发展机遇,促使其在体制改革、机制创新、特色发展以及提升国际竞争力等领域进行更深层次的探索和实践。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,分析“双一流”建设的背景与目标,厘清世界一流大学与一流学科的时代特征,解读体育学科发展和体育专业建设政策导向。研究认为,推进体育院校和体育学科“双一流”建设,应坚持走“特色发展”道路。需要探索建立跟国际接轨的、适应国家经济社会发展需求的、科学的体育学科体系。一方面,要为所有体育院校创造一个平等的竞争空间;另一方面,学校在这个平等竞争空间中自主办学、自主发展,形成办学特色,提高办学质量。The“Double First-Class”Initiative is an important strategy implemented by the Chinese government to enhance the level of higher education and build world-class universities and disciplines.The new round of the“Double First-Class”Initiative provides solid policy support and valuable development opportunities for sports colleges and universities,prompting them to conduct deeper explorations and practices in areas such as institutional reform,mechanism innovation,characteristic development,and the enhancement of international competitiveness.By employing research methods such as literature review and logical analysis,this study analyzes the background and objectives of the“Double First-Class”Initiative,clarifies the contemporary characteristics of world-class universities and disciplines,and interprets the policy orientation for the development of sports disciplines and the construction of sports majors.The research suggests that to advance the“Double First-Class”construction of sports universities and sports disciplines,it is necessary to adhere to the path of“characteristic development”.It is essential to explore and establish a scientific sports discipline system that is internationally aligned and meets the needs of national economic and social development.On the one hand,an equal competition environment should be created for all sports colleges and universities;on the other hand,within this environment,colleges and universities should operate and develop autonomously,forming their own educational characteristics and improving educational quality.
