摘　　要：公证档案信息资源共享面临现实的法律风险,如个人信息保护问题、原始性问题、数据安全问题和权益保障问题,直接限制公证档案信息资源共享的发展。破解公证档案信息资源共享法律风险既需要优化机制,由中心化转向分布式的档案信息资源中心,还需要与技术的融合,充分发挥区块链在安全性、匿名性方面技术优势,为解决公证档案信息资源共享中的法律风险提供解决方案。The legal risks of information resource sharing in notarized archives,such as personal information protection issues,authenticity issues,data security issues,and rights protection issues,directly limit the development of information resource sharing in notarized archives.To break through the legal risks of information resource sharing in notarized archives,not only do we need to optimize the mechanism and shift from a centralized to a decentralized archives information resource center,but also we need to integrate with technology to fully leverage the technical advantages of blockchain in terms of security and anonymity,and provide solutions to the legal risks of information resource sharing in notarized archives.
