摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在厘清大学图书馆数字化转型的研究演变及发展驱动力,结合转型关键因素与驱动推演图书馆数字化转型的实施路径。[方法/过程]基于文献调研和案例分析的方法,梳理图书馆数字化转型的研究现状,在推演数字化转型实施路径基础上,以深圳大学图书馆为例,从技术转型、业务转型、组织转型等方面介绍转型实践与成效。[结果/结论]研究建议运用技术赋能图书馆数字化服务,形成整体智慧化解决方案;重视数据资产,感知、识别、实现图书馆的数据价值;建设适应数字化转型的组织。[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to clarify the research evolution and driving force of digital transformation in university libraries.By combining the analysis of key factors and driving forces,it aims to explore the implementation path of libraries’digital transformation.[Method/Process]Using literature research and a case study of Shenzhen University Library,the study reviewed the current research status of digital transformation in libraries.Based on deducing the implementation path of digital transformation,it examined the practice and effectiveness of digital transformation at Shenzhen University Library from the perspectives of technological transformation,business transformation,and organizational transformation.[Result/Conclusion]The study gives some suggestions for improvement:leveraging technology to empower digital library services and create comprehensive intelligent solutions,emphasizing data assets to perceive,identify,and realize the value of library data,and establishing organizations that adapt to digital transformation.
