从马克思劳动正义观探析共同富裕实践的三重维度

摘　　要：马克思劳动正义观是立足人的现实劳动,在对资本逻辑的解构中、对雇佣劳动的批判中、对异化劳动的剖析中,致力于使最广大劳动群众在正义的劳动中实现自我价值、进入共同富裕社会的思想体系。从马克思劳动正义观可以阐释共同富裕实践蕴含的三重维度:一是价值维度,共同富裕坚持人民至上,彰显人民主体性;二是社会维度,共同富裕尊重劳动和劳动者,树立劳动价值认同;三是关系维度,共同富裕构建和谐劳动关系,形成正义的劳动秩序。对共同富裕实践这三重维度的阐释,有助于我们全面深刻地领会共同富裕实践的价值主体,把握共同富裕实践的现实需求,继而通过全体人民的正义性劳动实践推动共同富裕的实现。Marx's concept of labor justice is based on real human labor.In the deconstruction of the logic of capital,the criticism of wage labor,and the analysis of alienated labor,it is committed to enabling the broadest working masses to realize justice in labor.The ideological system of self-worth and entering a society of common prosperity.From Marx's concept of labor justice,we can interpret the three dimensions of the practice of common prosperity:first,the value dimension:common prosperity adheres to the supremacy of the people and demonstrates the people's subjectivity;second,the social dimension:common prosperity respects labor and workers,and establishes labor value identity;third,It is the relational dimension:common prosperity builds harmonious labor relations and forms a just labor order.The interpretation of the three dimensions of common prosperity practice will help us comprehensively and profoundly understand the value subject of common prosperity practice,grasp the practical needs of common prosperity practice,and then promote the realization of common prosperity through the just labor practice of all people.
