摘  要:细胞自噬是指细胞在外界环境的影响和相关基因调控下,利用自身溶酶体降解其细胞器和大分子物质的过程,细胞自噬参与细胞的代谢、维持细胞内稳态和细胞器的更新等过程。细胞自噬参与牙胚的发育、成牙本质细胞的分化及修复性牙本质的形成,具有重要的促进作用,同时有助于抑制细胞衰老以及抵抗细胞凋亡。牙本质是由成牙本质细胞分泌的构成牙主体的硬组织,主要功能是保护其内部的牙髓和支持其表面的釉质。细胞自噬参与牙源性细胞成牙本质方分化的作用仍不明确,本文回顾细胞自噬在牙髓细胞和根尖牙乳头细胞成牙本质方向分化中研究进展,期望为牙髓牙本质复合体再生提供新的研究思路。Autophagy refers to the process that cells degrade their organelles and macromolecules by using their own lysosomes under the influence of external environment and the regulation of related genes.Autophagy participates in the process of cell metabolism,maintaining intracellular homeostasis and updating organelles.Autophagy is involved in the development of tooth germ,the differentiation of odontoblasts and the formation of reparative dentin,which plays an important role in promoting,inhibiting cell aging and resisting apoptosis.Dentin is a hard tissue secreted by odontoblasts,which constitutes the main body of teeth.Its main function is to protect the pulp inside and support the enamel on its surface.The role of autophagy in involved in dentinogenic odontoblast differentiation remains unclear.This paper reviews the research progress of autophagy in odontoblast differentiation of dental pulp cells and apical papilla cells,hoping to provide new research ideas for the regeneration of dental pulp-dentin complex.
