摘 要:野黄芩苷是一种天然的黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化,抗纤维化、抗炎、改善心脑缺血等多种药理活性,主要用于脑卒中、冠心病和心绞痛等心脑血管疾病的防治。此外,大量研究证实野黄芩苷单用具有抗肿瘤活性,对非小细胞肺癌、乳腺癌、结直肠癌、卵巢癌和肝癌等具有一定的治疗作用。近年来,野黄芩苷与其他药物联合运用抗肿瘤的策略也越来越受到重视,其作用机制包括抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞的侵袭和转移、提高肿瘤耐药细胞对化疗药物的敏感性、诱导肿瘤细胞自噬等。本文综述野黄芩苷联用抗肿瘤的作用及分子机制,为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据。Scutellarin is a natural flavonoid,which has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-oxidation,anti-fibrosis,anti-inflammation,and alleviating cardiac and cerebral ischemia.It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as stroke,coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.In addition,a large number of studies have confirmed that scutellarin alone has anti-tumor activity and has certain therapeutic efficacies on non-small cell lung cancer,breast cancer,colorectal cancer,ovarian cancer and liver cancer.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the anti-tumor strategy of scutellarin combined with other drugs.Its function mechanism includes inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells,inducing apoptosis,inhibiting the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells,improving the sensitivity of tumor-resistant cells to chemotherapy drugs,and inducing autophagy of tumor cells.In this paper,the anti-tumor function and molecular mechanism of combined scutellarin are reviewed,so as to provide scientific basis for its further development and utilization.
