摘 要:目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)联合临床操作技能直接观察评估(DOPS)评价体系在中医医院见习教学中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—8月在象山县中医医院医疗健康集团总院针灸推拿科和皮肤科见习的40名见习生,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统教学方法。观察组在常规带教的基础上加入Mini-CEX联合DOPS的评价体系。比较两组第8周Mini-CEX和DOPS成绩及见习生和教师的满意度。结果观察组第8周Mini-CEX和DOPS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组第8周Mini-CEX和DOPS评分均高于第4周,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第8周观察组见习生和带教教师对两种评估方式的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于Mini-CEX联合DOPS评价体系在中医医院见习教学中的应用效果较好,有助于提高见习生的临床综合能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)combined with direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)evaluation system in the internship teaching of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods From January to August 2023,40 interns in the Acupuncture and Massage Department and Dermatology Department of the Xiangshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Group were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received traditional teaching methods.On the basis of routine teaching,the observation group added the evaluation system of Mini-CEX combined with DOPS.The scores of Mini-CEX and DOPS,as well as the satisfaction of interns and teachers were compared between the two groups at the 8th week.Results In the 8th week,the Mini-CEX and DOPS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Mini-CEX and DOPS scores of the observation group in week 8 were higher than those in week 4,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the 8th week,the satisfaction scores of the observation group’s interns and teaching teachers towards the two evaluation methods were higher than those of the control group,with the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the Mini-CEX combined with DOPS evaluation system in the internship teaching of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals is good,which helps to improve the clinical comprehensive ability of interns and is worth promoting.
