摘　　要：目的探讨FOXP3在胃腺癌中的表达及其对胃腺癌的影响。方法采用GEPIA、UALCAN数据库分析FOXP3在泛癌与胃腺癌中的表达及其与相关临床特征的关系。采用Kaplan Meier Plotter进行生存分析,TIMER数据库进行免疫细胞浸润相关分析。结果胃腺癌中FOXP3的表达高于正常组织和癌旁组织(P<0.05)。UALCAN数据库分析显示,FOXP3表达水平与胃腺癌分期、分化程度等相关(P<0.05)。TIMER数据库分析显示,FOXP3表达与B细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞、CD8^(+)T细胞、调节T细胞等免疫细胞的浸润呈正相关(P<0.05),与肿瘤纯度呈负相关(P<0.05)。Kaplan Meier Plotter数据库分析显示,FOXP3表达高低与胃腺癌患者48个月生存期相关(P<0.05)。结论FOXP3与胃腺癌的发生、预后及免疫细胞浸润相关,可用于作为评估胃腺癌患者预后的生物标记物及免疫治疗的可能靶点。Objective To investigate the expression of FOXP3 in gastric adenocarcinoma and its effect on gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods GEPIA and UALCAN databases were used to analyze the expression of FOXP3 in pan-cancer and gastric adenocarcinoma and its relationship with related clinical features.Kaplan-meier Plotter was used for survival analysis,and TIMER database was used for correlation analysis of immune cell infiltration.Results The expression of FOXP3 in gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal and paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).UALCAN database analysis showed that the expression level of FOXP3 was correlated with the stage and differentiation degree of gastric adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).TIMER database analysis showed that FOXP3 expression was positively correlated with the infiltration of B cells,CD4^(+)T cells,CD8^(+)T cells,regulatory T cells and other immune cells(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with tumor purity(P<0.05).Kaplan-meier Plotter database analysis showed that the expression of FOXP3 was associated with the 48-month survival time of patients with gastric adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion FOXP3 is related to the occurrence,prognosis and immune cell infiltration of gastric adenocarcinoma.It can be used as a biomarker for evaluating the prognosis of gastric adenocarcinoma patients and a possible target for immunotherapy.
