参芍宁心饮联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑障碍伴NCCP患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参芍宁心饮联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑障碍伴非心源性胸痛(NCCP)的疗效。方法选取2019年9月至2020年8月焦虑障碍伴NCCP患者80例,采用区组随机化法分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组给予帕罗西汀治疗,观察组予参芍宁心饮联合帕罗西汀治疗,治疗8周,比较治疗前后两组患者HAMA、SF-MPQ量表指数和QTc时间。结果治疗后,两组HAMA量表评分减分率、心电图QTc时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗前后SF-MPQ量表疼痛总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论参芍宁心饮联合帕罗西汀治疗焦虑障碍伴NCCP可增强抗焦虑作用,进一步改善胸痛症状,具有心脏自主神经保护作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shenshao Ningxin decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorder with non-cardiac chest pain(NCCP).Methods Eighty patients with anxiety disorder and NCCP admitted to the Mental Health Center Affiliated to Zhejiang University from September 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by block randomization method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine,and the observation group was treated with Shenshao Ningxin decoction combined with paroxetine for 8 weeks.The hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),short form mcgill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ)scale index and corrected QT interval(QTc)time were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,there were significant differences in the reduction rate of HAMA score and QTc time of ECG between the two groups(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the total pain score of SF-MPQ before and after treatment in the observation group(P<0.001).Conclusion Shenshao Ningxin decoction combined with paroxetine in the treatment of anxiety disorder with NCCP can enhance the anti-anxiety effect,further improve the symptoms of chest pain,and has the protective effect of cardiac autonomic nerve.
