一步法染色技术在甲状腺细针穿刺快速评估中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨一步法染色技术在甲状腺细针穿刺快速评估中的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月至2023年12月甲状腺肿瘤或疑似肿瘤患者70例(一步法染色组),2023年1月至2023年6月70例患者为对照组。比较两组诊断结果及染色质量。结果以7∶1苏木素伊红配比及180 s的染色时间为最佳,且能明显缩短现场染色时间,提高诊疗效率,一步法染色组诊断阳性率为88.57%,对照组诊断阳性率为68.57%,与对照组比较,一步法染色组诊断阳性率提高20.0%。结论一步法染色技术能够明显提高甲状腺肿瘤的阳性检出率,适合快速评估的染色及诊断。Objective To explore the application effect of one-step staining technique in the rapid evaluation of thyroid fine needle aspiration.Methods 70 patients with thyroid tumors or suspected tumors from July 2023 to December 2023(one-step staining group)were selected,and 70 patients from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the control group.The diagnostic Results and staining quality of the two groups were compared.Result The ratio of hematoxylin and eosin of 7∶1 and the staining time of 180 s were the best,which could significantly shorten the on-site staining time and improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment.The diagnostic positive rate of the one-step staining group was 88.57%,and the diagnostic positive rate of the control group was 68.57%.Compared with the control group,the diagnostic positive rate of the one-step staining group increased by 20.0%.Conclusion One-step staining technique can significantly improve the positive detection rate of thyroid tumors,and is suitable for rapid evaluation of staining and diagnosis.
