伏诺拉生治疗反流性食管炎合并贲门增生性息肉的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨伏诺拉生治疗反流性食管炎合并贲门增生性息肉的疗效。方法选取2022年3月至2023年8月反流性食管炎合并贲门增生性息肉患者92例,采用随机数字法分为观察组和对照组各46例。观察组在基础治疗上口服伏诺拉生,对照组在基础治疗上口服奥美拉唑。治疗6周后比较两组患者的炎症因子、血清胃激素、贲门增生性息肉变化、临床疗效、食管黏膜损伤程度、反流性疾病问卷(RDQ)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果两组患者治疗后炎症因子水平、血清胃激素水平、贲门增生性息肉大小、食管黏膜损伤程度、RDQ评分及SAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两组临床有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伏诺拉生治疗反流性食管炎合并贲门增生性息肉,可减轻机体炎症反应,提高胃激素水平,改善胃食管反流症状,缩小贲门增生性息肉,减轻食管黏膜损伤程度,缓解焦虑情绪,提高临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of vonoprazan in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with cardiac hyperplastic polyps.Methods Ninety-two patients with reflux esophagitis combined with cardiac hyperplastic polyps from March 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 46 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with oral vonoprazan on the basis of basic treatment,and the control group was treated with oral omeprazole on the basis of basic treatment.After 6 weeks of treatment,the inflammatory factors,serum gastric hormones,changes in cardiac hyperplastic polyps,clinical efficacy,degree of esophageal mucosal injury,reflux disease questionnaire(RDQ)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors,serum gastric hormones,the size of cardiac hyperplastic polyps,the degree of esophageal mucosal injury,RDQ score and SAS score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.001).There was statistically significant difference in the clinical effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Vonoprazan in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis complicated with cardiac hyperplastic polyps can reduce the body's inflammatory response,increase the level of gastric hormones,improve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux,reduce the degree of cardiac hyperplastic polyps,reduce the degree of esophageal mucosal injury,relieve anxiety,and improve the clinical efficacy.
