延安时期毛泽东劳动幸福观探析

摘　　要：劳动创造人的生活,促进人的发展,实现人的利益。劳动幸福是人们通过劳动以满足人的需要并体现人的价值而感受的愉悦感和快乐感。延安时期,以毛泽东同志为主要代表的中国共产党人形成以大生产运动为中心的劳动幸福观。其中,劳动尊严是劳动幸福的前提,劳动教育是劳动幸福的手段,劳动创造是劳动幸福的核心,劳动利益是劳动幸福的保障。在全面建设社会主义现代化的新征程中,面对人民对更加幸福生活的追求和美好生活的向往,我们要进一步弘扬毛泽东劳动幸福观,享有劳动尊严、开展劳动教育、坚持劳动创造、保护劳动利益,不断推进中国式现代化和人民的美好生活。Labour is defined as the process of creating a human life,promoting human development,and realizing human interests.Happiness in the context of labour is understood as the sense of pleasure and joy that people experience through labour in order to satisfy human needs and reflect human values.During the Yan’an period,the Chinese Communists,represented by Mao Zedong,developed a concept of labour happiness centered on the mass production movement.In addition,the dignity of labour is a prerequisite for labour happiness,while labour education is a means of achieving it.Furthermore,labour creation is the core of labour happiness,and labour interests are the guarantee of it.In the context of the ongoing process of socialist modernization,facing of the people’s quest for a happier life and the aspiration for a better life,it is important to promote the significance of Mao Zedong’s concept of labour happiness.This concept encompasses the enjoyment of the dignity of labour,the pursuit of labour education,the commitment to labour creation and the protection of labour interests.By promoting these values,we can contribute to the advancement of Chinese-style modernization and the realization of a better life for the Chinese people.
