摘　　要：目的 研究细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶1(CDK1)在滑膜肉瘤(SS)组织中的表达,探讨其在SS中的预后价值。方法 收集徐州医科大学附属医院2010年1月至2021年11月诊断为SS的病例37例以及肿瘤旁正常组织作为对照,使用免疫组化的方法检测CDK1的表达,比较SS组和正常对照组CDK1的表达以及与SS预后的关系。结果 SS组CDK1蛋白阳性表达率显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。分析CDK1的表达与临床病理参数的相关性发现CDK1的表达与肿瘤分级和Ki-67指数两组率存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。Spearman相关性分析显示CDK1阳性强度与Ki-67指数间存在显著正相关性(P<0.05)。单因素生存分析显示CDK1≤2+患者术后总生存期(OS)长于CDK1>2+患者,Ki-67指数≤15%术后OS较>15%患者更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素生存分析显示患者性别、复发和CDK1表达可作为SS患者术后OS的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 CDK1表达增高可能在SS发生发展过程中起重要作用,CDK1抗体可以作为SS潜在的预后标志物并为个体化的精准治疗提供依据。Objective To study the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase 1(CDK1) in synovial sarcoma(SS) tissues and to explore its prognostic value in SS.Methods A total of 37 cases diagnosed with SS at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2010 to November 2021 were collected,with adjacent normal tissues as controls.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of CDK1 and to compare its expression between the SS group and the normal control group,as well as its relationship with the prognosis of SS.Results The positive expression rate of CDK1 protein in the SS group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(P < 0.05).The analysis of the correlation between the expression of CDK1 and clinical pathological parameters revealed a statistically significant difference in the expression of CDK1 between tumor grades and Ki-67 index groups(P < 0.05).The Spearman correlation analysis showed a significantly positive correlation between CDK1 positivity intensity and Ki-67 index(P < 0.05).Single-factor survival analysis showed that patients with CDK1 ≤ 2+ had longer overall survival(OS) after surgery than patients with CDK1 >2+.Patients with a Ki-67 index≤15% had longer OS after surgery compared to patients with > 15%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Multivariate survival analysis showed that patient gender,recurrence,and CDK1 expression could serve as independent prognostic factors for postoperative OS in SS patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Increased CDK 1 expression may play an important role in the development of SS,and CDK 1 antibody can be used as a potential prognostic marker for SS and provide a basis for individualized precision treatment.
