摘　　要：聚焦网络金融犯罪面临的证据印证难题,从证据收集、数据鉴定、供述认定三个难题入手,检视了网络金融犯罪证据印证的现状。以犯罪形式多样化、犯罪平台网络化、支付资金虚拟化为切入点探讨了网络金融犯罪印证困难的原因。认为,网络金融犯罪证据印证应当在遵守证据规则的前提下,引入综合认证规则,强化多部门联合存证,运用区块链及人工智能技术辅助印证,提升印证效能,为维护良好金融秩序,防范金融领域突出风险作出贡献。This article focuses on the difficulties in evidence verification faced in the trial of online financial crimes.Firstly,it analyzes the current situation of evidence verification in online financial crimes from three aspects:difficulties in evidence collection,difficulties in data identification,and difficulties in confession recognition.secondly,the reasons for the difficulty in verifying online financial crimes were explored from three perspectives:diversified forms of crime,networked criminal platforms,and virtualization of payment funds.Finally,it believes that the evidence verification of online financial crimes should,on the premise of complying with the rules of evidence,introduce comprehensive authentication rules,strengthen multi departmental joint evidence storage,and use blockchain and artificial intelligence technology to assist verification,improve verification efficiency,and contribute to maintaining a good financial order and preventing prominent risks in the financial field.
