摘　　要：当前图书馆工作重点已经从资源主导向服务创新转移,用户关系成为图书馆研究的重点问题之一。信任作为用户关系的研究重点,探究其与图书馆影响力的作用关系,可以为图书馆价值和影响力的提升提供新的视角。文章将图书馆服务情景下的用户信任划分为认知信任、情感信任、制度信任并构建测量指标,同时利用图书馆影响力评估标准构建图书馆影响力测量指标。基于客户关系生命周期理论和SOR模型构建用户信任与图书馆影响力作用的关系模型,并提出两者影响关系的问题假设。在此基础上设计量表进行问卷调查和数据收集,采用结构方程模型进行数据分析和关系验证。研究发现,用户信任对图书馆影响力存在显著正向作用,用户信任可以通过影响用户使用意愿与用户使用行为实现对个人的影响,用户信任对用户使用意愿的影响高于用户使用行为。At present,the focus of library work has shifted from resource-oriented to service innovation,and user relationship has become one of the key issues in library research.As the research focus of user relationship,exploring the relationship between trust and library impact can provide a new perspective for improving library value and impact.This paper divides user trust into cognitive trust,emotional trust and institutional trust in the context of library services,and constructs measurement indicators.At the same time,the library impact evaluation criteria are used to construct library impact measurement indicators.Based on the customer relationship life cycle theory and SOR model,this paper constructs the relationship model between user trust and library impact,and puts forward the problem hypothesis of the relationship between them.On this basis,the scale is designed for questionnaire survey and data collection,and the structural equation model is used for data analysis and relationship verification.The study found that user trust has a significant positive effect on library impact,which can influence individuals by influencing use willingness and use behavior,and the impact on users′use willingness is higher than that on users′use behavior.
