县域教育人事统计系统的设计与开发

摘　　要：本文以淮阴区教育人事统计系统的设计与开发为例,分析县域教育人事统计需求,探讨县域教育人事统计信息化的解决方案。根据县域教育人事数据统计工作的需求,基于B/S架构和MVC开发模式设计开发县域教育人事统计系统,实现数据的集中管理、高效统计与安全访问。该系统的实施有效推进了淮阴区教育人事管理的信息化进程,提升了数据统计的质效,减轻了基层工作负担,并为教育决策提供了强有力的数据支持。未来,系统将进一步迭代升级,融合AI与大数据技术,打造智能教育人事管理系统。This article takes the design and development of the huaiyin district education personnel statistics system as an example to analyze the demand for county-level education personnel statistics and explore solutions for the informatization of county-level education personnel statistics.According to the needs of countylevel education personnel data statistics work,a county-level education personnel statistics system is designed and developed based on the B/S architecture and MVC development pattern to achieve centralized management,efficient statistics,and secure access to data.The implementation of this system has effectively promoted the information process of education personnel management in huaiyin district,improved the quality and efficiency of data statistics,reduced the burden of grassroots work,and provided strong data support for education decisionmaking.In the future,the system will further iterate and upgrade,integrating AI and big data technologies to create an intelligent education personnel management system.
