摘 要:目的探讨OBE教学理念在国际疾病分类教学中的可行性及应用效果,以提高教学质量。方法选取2021年1月1日-2023年12月31日在某三甲医院病案统计室实习的48名本科生作为研究对象。将研究对象随机分成观察组和对照组。教授内容为国际疾病分类知识,观察组教学方式采用OBE教学理念进行,对照组则传统教学方法。计量资料采用(x±s),计数采用频数和百分比,采用χ^(2)检验,比较2组研究对象的考试成绩和教学满意度评价。结果课堂观测显观察组在学生课堂氛围活跃度方面高于对照组;观察组学生平均成绩(90.16±1.44)分,对照组学生平均成绩(73.42±2.21)分,两组成绩比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;调查问卷结果显示,观察组在教学方法、理论知识掌握程度、编码实操能力、自主学习能力和沟通交流能力方面学生满意度均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论OBE教学理念在国际疾病分类教学中通过明确学习目标、个性化教学、实践能力提升、持续反馈与改进,以及全面发展等多个方面显著提升了教育效果,推动了学生的全面成长和发展。Objectives To explore the feasibility and application effect of OBE teaching philosophy in international disease classification teaching,in order to improve teaching quality.Methods 48 undergraduate students who interned in the case statistics department of a Three A and Tertiary Hospital from January 1st,2021 to December 31st,2023 were selected as the research subjects.Randomly divided the research subjects into an experimental group and a control group.The teaching content was International Classification of Diseases.The experimental group adopted the OBE teaching philosophy,while the control group adopted traditional teaching methods.To analyze and compare the exam scores and teaching effectiveness of two groups of research subjects.Results The classroom observation showed that the experimental group had a higher level of student classroom atmosphere activity than the control group;The average score of the experimental group students was(90.16±1.44)points,while the average score of the control group students was(73.42±2.21)points.The difference in scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The survey results showed that the experimental group had higher student satisfaction than the control group in terms of teaching methods,mastery of theoretical knowledge,coding and practical skills,self-learning ability,and communication and exchange ability.Conclusions The OBE teaching philosophy had significantly improved the educational effectiveness in international disease classification teaching through clear learning objectives,personalized teaching,practical ability improvement,continuous feedback and improvement,and comprehensive development,promoting the comprehensive growth and development of students.
