摘 要:为分析风力发电机组齿轮箱漏油故障,建立齿轮箱和发电机三维有限元模型,利用有限元仿真计算软件分析发电机冷却风扇产生的强制冷空气对齿轮箱的影响,结合故障发生的现象,明确齿轮箱故障原因,在此基础上提出一种加装机械密封隔离垫片的优化方案并进行仿真计算分析。研究结果表明:在风力发电机组正常运行中,优化方案可降低齿轮箱输出轴端内外的压强差,减少进入齿轮箱内部的风量,有效解决齿轮箱渗漏油故障。To analyze the gearbox oil leakage fault in wind turbines,a three-dimensional finite element model of the gearbox and generator is established.The finite element simulation calculation software is used to analyze the effect of the forced cold air generated by the generator cooling fan on the gearbox.Based on the fault phenomenon,the cause of the gearbox fault is identified.On this basis,an optimization plan for the installation of mechanical seal isolating gaskets is proposed and simulated for analysis.The research results show that in the normal operation of wind turbines,the optimization plan can reduce the pressure difference between the inner and outer output shaft ends of the gearbox,reduce the air flow entering the gearbox,and effectively solve the gearbox oil leakage fault.
