摘 要:活性炭动态膜能有效缓解基膜的膜污染,但活性炭吸附饱和后动态膜性能下降,导致频繁制膜,增加了物耗和能耗。为了能让活性炭动态膜长期稳定运行,利用抗坏血酸(Ascorbic Acid,AA)对活性炭的改性和在芬顿反应中的还原作用,使用H_(2)O_(2)-FeSO_(4)-AA组成的清洗剂清洗吸附阴离子染料后的活性炭动态膜。考察了AA对活性炭的改性作用,H_(2)O_(2)和AA的投加量对活性炭动态膜清洗效果的影响。实验结果表明,由于AA在有氧条件下生成3-羟基-2-吡喃酮,促进了活性炭吸附阴离子染料;使用H_(2)O_(2)投加量为10 mmol/L、H_(2)O_(2)∶Fe^(2+)=10∶1、AA投加量为30 mmol/L的清洗剂对活性炭动态膜进行运行和清洗的循环实验,循环运行18次后,动态膜对染料的去除率仍可达97.5%;清洗的动态膜高效运行时间是未清洗动态膜的6倍;清洗的动态膜通量是未清洗动态膜的1.3~1.5倍。Powdered activated carbon dynamic membranes can effectively alleviate the membrane pollution of the base membrane.However,the performance decreases after the adsorption and saturation of activated carbon,resulting in frequent membrane-making and increasing material and energy consumption.In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the powdered activated carbon dynamic membrane,a cleaning agent composed of H_(2)O_(2)-FeSO_(4)-AA was used to clean powdered activated carbon dynamic membranes after adsorbing anionic dye.The modification of activated carbon by Ascorbic Acid(AA)and its reduction in the Fenton reaction were utilized.The effects of modification of powdered activated carbon by AA and dosages of H_(2)O_(2) and AA on the cleaning efficiency of powdered activated carbon dynamic membranes were investigated.The experimental results showed that AA generates 3-hydroxy-2-pyranone promotes the adsorption of anionic dyes on activated carbon under aerobic conditions.The cycle experiment of running and cleaning powdered activated carbon dynamic membranes was carried out with cleaning agents of the dosage of 10 mmol/L H_(2)O_(2),the proportion of H_(2)O_(2) and Fe^(2+)is 10:1,and the dosage of 30 mmol/L AA,the dye removal rat can still reach 97.5% after 18 cycles of the dynamic membrane.The efficient running time of cleaned dynamic membranes is 6 times than that of uncleaned dynamic membranes,and the flux of cleaned dynamic membranes is 1.3~1.5 times than that of uncleaned dynamic membranes.
