双碳战略视域下海南大叶茶生态融合模式与策略研究

摘  要:海南大叶茶生态融合模式丰富多样,包括“茶+林”“茶+草”“茶+牧”“茶+村”和“茶+旅”等。海南多元茶园生态融合模式具有非常重要的生态意义和生态价值,但同时其发展也存在绿色防控难度增加、茶园管理成本增加、基础配套设施落后、融合主体积极性不够等问题。针对这些问题,提出了产学研结合,推进全域茶园绿色防控;健全补贴机制,发展低碳生态融合茶园;加强基础设施建设,建立智慧茶园;发展新质生产力,增强融合主体内生发展动力等策略,以期海南大叶茶在多元生态融合模式下实现可持续发展。There are various ecological integration models for large leaf tea of Hainan,mainly including"tea+forest","tea+grass","tea+animal husbandry","tea+village","tea+tourism"and other ecological integration models.The ecological integration model of diversified tea gardens in Hainan has significant ecological significance and value,but at the same time,its development also faces problems such as increased difficulty in green prevention and control,increased management costs of tea gardens,outdated infrastructure,and insufficient enthusiasm of integration entities.In response to these issues,a combination of industry,academia,and research has been proposed to promote green prevention and control in tea gardens across the entire region;Establish a sound subsidy mechanism and develop low-carbon ecological integrated tea gardens;Strengthen infrastructure construction and establish smart tea gardens;Measures such as developing new quality productivity and enhancing the endogenous development momentum of integrated entities are taken to achieve sustainable development of large leaf tea of Hainan under a diversified ecological integration model.
