“引力-定力-耐力”:应用型高校毕业生海外工程项目就业何以可能?

摘　　要：运用质性研究方法,选取Z央企在“一带一路”共建国家海外工程项目的 12名应用型本科高校毕业生作为访谈对象,探讨他们在海外工程项目就业的状况。在入职初期,“脱贫”“好奇”“专业技术”“开放型人格”等构成工作的引力;在适应期,向往异国文化、尊重当地文化、在文化碰撞中增长自信、反思本国文化等构成工作的定力;在稳定期,“优质收益”与“情感缺失”成为继续留在海外工程项目工作的耐力。Using qualitative research methods,12 applied undergraduate college graduates from Z central enterprises'overseas engineering projects in the countries along the"Belt and Road"were selected as interview subjects to discuss their employment status in overseas engineering projects.In the early stage of entry,"poverty alleviation","curiosity","professional technology"and"open personality"constitute the attraction of work;in the adaptation period,yearning for foreign culture,respecting local culture,growing self-confidence in cultural collision,reflecting on the national culture and so on constitute the work of concentration;in the stable period,"high-quality income"and"emotional loss"become the endurance to continue to work on overseas engineering projects.
