摘  要:完善高校劳动教育课程体系是实现大学生综合发展的重要方式。基于AGIL模型,从适应功能、目标功能、整合功能和潜在模式维持功能等方面分析了高校劳动教育课程的实施现状与困境。为使高校劳动教育课程迸发活力,进而培养德智体美劳全面发展的新时代大学生,高校的策略应是:建立劳动专项资金,健全后方保障体系;系统设计劳动实践,编写实践指导手册;强化专业劳动教育力量,营造多维育人环境;加快落实思政劳动教育,推动实践寓教于乐;等等。Improving the curriculum system of college labor education is an important way to realize the comprehensive development of college students.Based on AGIL model,this paper analyzes the current situation and difficulty of the implementation of college labor education curriculum from the aspects of adaptation function,target function,integration function and potential mode maintenance function.In order to make the labor education curriculum of colleges and universities burst into vitality and then train the college students in the new era with all-round development of morality,the college strategies should be as follows:to establish special funds for labor,perfect the rear security system,design labor practice systematically and compile practice guidance manual,strengthen the force of professional labor education and create a multi-dimensional education environment,accelerate the implementation of ideological and political labor education and promote the practice of edutainment,etc.
