摘 要:目的分析武警某军事训练相关骨关节损伤住院情况,为训练伤的防控及科学组训提供循证医学依据。方法收集我院2013年1月至2020年12月共计734例因军事训练相关骨关节系统损伤住院患者,分析年发生率、部位分布和军龄/年龄差异等。结果2013年1月至2020年12月共计军事训练相关骨关节系统损伤734例,其发生率呈逐年升高趋势。从发病年龄分析,19岁至24岁患者例数最多,共占58.04%。从损伤部位分析,膝关节损伤最多(291例,占39.65%),其次为腰椎(141例,占19.21%),足部(21例,占2.86%)损伤最少。不同年份损伤部位构成比中,膝关节损伤处于较高水平且有升高趋势。依照军龄划分,0~2年组所占比例最高(289例,占39.37%),不同军龄分组损伤部位存在显著差异,0~2年组膝关节损伤构成比最低、下肢长骨(胫腓骨、股骨)损伤构成比最高,>8年组腰椎损伤构成比最高、手部损伤构成比最低,与其他组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论军事训练伤发生率仍较高且呈逐年升高趋势,与年龄和军龄密切相关且不同军龄阶段好发训练伤类型不同。要科学调整组训模式,有重点进行早期筛查,以有效降低训练伤发生率。Objective To analyze the hospitalization cases of bone and joint injuries related to military training in the Armed Police Force,providing evidence-based medical data for injury prevention and scientific training organization.Methods A total of 734 patients who were hospitalized due to bone and joint injuries related to military training at our hospital from January 2013 to December 2020 were included in the study.The annual incidence,injury site distribution,and differences in military service years/age were analyzed.Results From January 2013 to December 2020,734 cases of military training-related bone and joint system injuries were recorded,showing a yearly increasing incidence.Among these,the highest number of cases occurred in the age group of 19 to 24 years,accounting for 58.04%.Regarding injury locations,knee joint injuries were the most common(291 cases,39.65%),followed by lumbar spine injuries(141 cases,19.21%),with foot injuries being the least frequent(21 cases,2.86%).The proportion of knee joint injuries remained high and showed an increasing trend across different years.When classified by years of military service,the group with 0–2 years of service had the highest proportion(289 cases,39.37%).Significant differences in injury distribution were observed across different military service groups:the 0–2 years group had the lowest proportion of knee joint injuries but the highest proportion of injuries to long bones of the lower limbs(tibia/fibula,femur);the>8 years group had the highest proportion of lumbar spine injuries and the lowest proportion of hand injuries,with significant differences compared to other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of military training-related injuries remains high and shows an increasing trend,which is closely related to age and military service years.Different military service stages are associated with different types of training injuries.It is crucial to adjust training models scientifically and implement early screening to effectively reduce the incidence of t
