高校国际化人才培养的世界经验和中国范式研究

摘　　要：在系统梳理高校国际化人才培养的世界经验的基础上,深入探讨中国高校在这一领域探索的特色范式。经过对比分析发现,无论是发达国家还是新兴经济体,高校国际化人才培养都已上升为国家发展战略。同时,中国高校在借鉴国际成功经验的同时,结合自身实际也形成了具有中国特色的国际化人才培养模式,构建了政府宏观引导、学校主体责任和社会各界通力协作的工作机制。On the basis of systematically sorting out the world experience of international talent training in colleges and universities,this paper deeply discusses the characteristic paradigm of Chinese colleges and universities in this field.Through comparative analysis,it is found that international talent training in colleges and universities has risen to the national development strategy,whether in developed countries or emerging economies.While drawing on the successful international experience,Chinese colleges and universities have also formed a model of international talent training with Chinese characteristics in combination with their own reality,and constructed the working mechanism of macro guidance of the government,main responsibility of schools,and community cooperation.
