摘  要:[目的]由黑腐果胶杆菌(Pectobacterium atrosepticum,Pa)引起的马铃薯黑胫病,是影响马铃薯产量和品质的主要病害之一。本研究旨在比较不同抗性品种对马铃薯黑胫病菌的生理反应,以期阐明马铃薯抗病品种如何调节防御酶活性及生化物质含量来抵御病原菌的侵害。[方法]选用抗病品种青薯9号和感病品种乐薯1号为试验材料,在温室盆栽种植条件下接种马铃薯黑腐果胶杆菌,分析接种后不同时间点(1、2、3、4 d)时SOD、CAT、POD、PPO、PAL和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶的酶活性,以及木质素和总酚含量的变化情况。[结果]接种Pa后,在抗病品种中,CAT、SOD、PPO和PAL酶的活性,以及木质素含量与对照组相比显著升高,且明显高于感病品种。感病品种在侵染初期表现出较高的POD活性,但随着侵染时间增加,POD活性的增长速率和峰值在2~3 d逐渐低于抗病品种。尽管,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性和总酚含量在不同抗性品种间未表现出显著差异,但两者在接种后1~4 d的变化趋势存在差异。[结论]SOD、CAT、POD、PPO、PAL的酶活性水平以及木质素和总酚含量在抗病和感病品种中存在显著差异,并且抗病品种在接种病原菌后部分生理指标的变化速率明显高于感病品种。【Objective】Potato black shin disease caused by(Pectobacterium atrosepticum,Pa)was one of the major diseases affecting potato yield and quality.The study aimed to compare the defense responses of different resistant varieties to elucidate how resistant potatoes regulate the activity of defense enzymes to resist the attack of pathogens.【Method】The disease-resistant variety Qingshu No.9 and susceptible variety Leshu No.1 were inoculated with P.atrosepticum in the greenhouse.The enzyme activities of SOD,CAT,POD,PPO,PAL andβ-1,3-glucanase,as well as the changes of lignin and total phenol contents at different time points(1,2,3,4 days)after injection were analyzed.【Result】After inoculation with Pa,the activity of CAT,SOD,PPO and PAL enzymes,and the content of lignin in resistant varieties were significantly higher than those in control and were considerably higher than those in susceptible varieties.Susceptible varieties showed higher POD activity at the initial stage of infection.Still,with the increase in infection time,the growth rate and peak value of POD activity between 2 and 3 days were lower than those of resistant varieties.Althoughβ-1,3-glucanase activity and total phenol content did not show significant differences in resistant varieties,the changing trend existing between the two varieties differed from 1 to 4 days after injection.【Conclusion】The activity levels of SOD,CAT,POD,PPO,PAL,lignin and total phenol in resistant varieties are significantly different,and the change rate of physiological indexes of resistant varieties after inoculation with pathogenic bacteria is considerably higher than that of susceptible varieties.
