摘　　要：目的 探究磁共振(MRI)动态增强时间-信号强度曲线(DCE-TIC)联合扩散加权成像(DWI)在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法 对本院2020年10月至20 23年10月纳入的90例乳腺病变患者的诊疗资料(病理结果、 DCE-TIC、DWI影像学资料)进行回顾性分析,以病理结果为“金标准”,分析DCETIC联合DWI在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。结果 90例患者检出乳腺癌56例(62.22%),乳腺良性病变34例(37.78%),不同病灶性质患者在DCE-TIC、DWI中的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);DCE-TIC合DWI诊断乳腺癌与病理结果的Kappa值0.858(P<0.05),高于二者单独诊断的Kappa值0.613、0.622(P<0.05);DCE-TIC联合DWI检查在乳腺癌诊断中的灵敏度、特异度等均高于单一方法检测。结论 DCE-TIC与DWI联合检查可有效提高乳腺癌的诊断效能,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the application value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)dynamic contrastenhanced time intensity curve(DCE-TIC)combined with diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the diagnosis and treatment data(pathological results,DCE-TIC,DWI imaging data)of 90 patients with breast lesions in the hospital between October 2020 and October 2023.Ta king pathological results as the golden standard,diagnostic value of DCE-TIC combined with DWI for breast cancer was analyzed.Results In the 90 patients,there were 56 cases(62.22%)with breast cancer and 34 cases(37.78%)with benign breast lesions.There were significant differences in DCE-TIC and DWI among patients with different lesion properties(P<0.05).Kappa value betwen DCE-TIC+DWI and pathological examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.858(P<0.05),greater than that of single detection(0.613,0.622,P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of DCE-TIC combined with DWI in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of single detection.Conclusion DCE-TIC combined with DWI can effectively improve diagnostic efficiency for breast cancer,which has high clinical application value.
