摘 要:近年来,影像组学在胃肿瘤中的研究日渐广泛,已成功应用于胃部恶性肿瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断等多个方面,且相关研究的数量逐年增多。笔者通过回顾相关文献发现,太部分基于CT影像组学对胃癌与胃淋巴瘤的鉴别诊断效能优于单一的临床模型或是单一的影像组学模型,而单一的影像组学模型又优于单一的临床模型,但在研究的方法上存在差异。笔者就不同类型CT的多种研究方法,对基于CT影像组学在胃癌与胃淋巴瘤鉴别诊断中的研究现况进行综述。In recent years,radiomics has been widely used in the study of Gastric tumors,and has been successfully applied to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Gastric malignant tumors,and the number of related studies is increasing year by year.By reviewing the relevant literature,the author found that most of the CT-based radiomics in the differential diagnosis of Gastric Cancer and Gastric Lymphoma is better than a single clinical model or a single radiomics model,and a single radiomics model is better than a single clinical model,but there are differences in the research methods.This a rticle reviews the resea rch status of CT-based radiomics in the differential diagnosis of gastric ca ncer and gastric lymphoma based on va rious resea rch methods of diffe rent types of CT.
