摘 要:目的了解进修护士工作繁荣现状及其影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、工作繁荣量表对117名进修护士进行调查,并通过目的抽样法对其中13名进修护士就工作繁荣现状的影响因素进行半结构式访谈。结果进修护士的工作繁荣量表总分为(54.79±4.83)分,不同年龄、学历、职位的进修护士工作繁荣量表得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。访谈结果提炼出2个主题,包括积极因素和消极因素。积极因素包括积极的学习氛围、带教教师的耐心教学、情绪价值的满足;消极因素包括自身因素、外部因素。结论进修护士的工作繁荣处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者应关注进修护士的工作繁荣情况,提出针对性的干预措施,以提高其工作繁荣水平,增强其在进修单位的适应能力,促进其在进修期间积极成长,从而提高学习质量。Objective To learn the status and influencing factors of work prosperity among advanced nurses.Methods A survey of 117 advenced nurses was conducted with General Information Questionnaire and Work Prosperity Scale,and a semi-structured interview was conducted with 13 advanced nurses by purposive sampling to learn the factors influencing their work prosperity.Results The total score of the Work Prosperity Scale of advanced nurses was(54.79±4.83)score,and the difference of the Work Prosperity Scale scores of advanced nurses with different ages,qualifications and positions was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the interviews were distilled into 2 themes,including positive and negative factors.Positive factors included positive learning atmosphere,patient teaching by the instructors,and fulfillment of emotional value,negative factors included self-factors and external factors.Conclusion The work prosperity among advanced nurses is in the middle to high level.Nursing managers should pay attention to advanced nurses'work prosperity,and propose targeted interventions to improve their work prosperity level,enhance their adaptability in the trainers,and promote their positive growth in the training period to improve the quality of learning.
