摘　　要：目的探究新文科建设背景下医学院校公共事业管理专业学生对本校人才培养模式的满意度现状及其影响因素,为医学院校公共事业管理专业建设提供参考。方法于2023年4月使用自制问卷对某医学院校公共事业管理专业在校本科生进行网络调查。结果公共事业管理专业学生对人才培养模式的总体满意率为71.4%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,刚入学时对专业的满意度(OR=3.291,P=0.041)、课程体系设置的合理度(OR=3.022,P=0.046)、学科知识交叉融合度(OR=4.558,P=0.027)、专业培养与社会需求的契合度(OR=10.332,P=0.002)是学生对人才培养模式满意度的影响因素。结论医学院校公共事业管理专业人才培养模式的优化应继续以新文科理念为价值前提,培养符合社会需要的复合型卫生管理专门人才。Objective To explore the satisfaction status and influencing factors of students majoring in public affairs management in medical colleges with the personnel cultivation model of our college under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,and to provide reference for the construction of the public affairs management major in medical colleges.Methods In April 2023,a self-made questionnaire was used to conduct an online survey of undergraduate students majoring in public affairs management in a medical college.Results The overall satisfaction of students majoring in public affairs management with the personnel cultivation model was 71.4%.Multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that the satisfaction with the major at the time of enrollment(OR=3.291,P=0.041),the rationality of the course system(OR=3.022,P=0.046),the degree of cross disciplinary knowledge integration(OR=4.558,P=0.027),and the fit between professional training and social needs(OR=10.332,P=0.002)were the influencing factors of students'satisfaction with the personnel cultivation model.Conclusion The optimization of the personnel training model for public affairs management major in medical colleges should continue to be based on the value premise of the new liberal arts concept,and cultivate composite health management professionals who meet the needs of society.
