摘 要:丝胶蛋白是一种来源于蚕丝的天然高分子蛋白质,具有生物相容性及抗氧化、抗菌、抗癌、保湿等良好特性。丝胶蛋白常被当作废料直接丢弃,对环境造成污染的同时也极大地浪费了资源,丝胶蛋白的高效回收和广泛应用可有效解决该问题。文中对丝胶蛋白的回收方法进行了全面阐述和比较,为开发高效回收方法提供了参考。为了拓宽丝胶蛋白的应用方向,文中除了阐述丝胶蛋白在化妆品、纺织品、食品等传统领域的应用,还系统综述了丝胶蛋白在生物医药和可穿戴设备领域的应用。文中对丝胶蛋白的发展前景进行了展望。Sericin is a natural polymer protein derived from silk,which has good properties such as biocompatibility,antioxidation,antibacterial activity,antitumor activity,and moisture retention.However,sericin is often discarded directly as waste,causing environmental pollution and a great waste of resources.The efficient recovery and wide application of sericin can effectively solve this problem.Different recovery methods of sericin were comprehensively elaborated and compared in this paper,which provided a reference for the development of efficient recovery methods.In order to broaden the application fields of sericin,not only the traditional application fields such as cosmetics,textiles,and food were elaborated,but also some new applications of sericin such as in biomedicine and wearable devices were systematically reviewed in this paper.The development prospects of sericin were discussed in this paper.
