摘 要:由于带状城市独特的空间结构,交通发展面临严峻挑战,大力发展绿色交通势在必行,如何有效融合轨道交通、地面公交与慢行交通(三网融合)已成为带状城市交通研究的热点与难点。本文通过分析带状城市交通特征以及三网融合的主要问题,分别从用地、网络、设施、运营服务的多层面融合出发,提出了带状城市三网融合发展策略,并利用层次分析法构建了系统的服务评价体系。最后以兰州市为例,验证了所提出的发展策略和评价体系的合理性和适用性。研究结果表明,合理的三网融合发展策略能够显著提升城市交通运行效率,服务评价体系能够有效评估带状城市三网融合的发展情况,为城市交通政策的制定与优化提供了理论支撑。Due to the unique spatial structure of strip cities,the development of transportation is facing severe challenges,and it is imperative to vigorously develop green transportation.By analyzing the traffic characteristics of strip cities and the main problems of triple play integration,this paper proposes the development strategy of triple play integration of strip cities from the multi-level integration of land use,network,facilities and operation services,and constructs a systematic service evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process.Finally,taking Lanzhou City as an example,the rationality and applicability of the proposed development strategy and evaluation system are verified.The results show that a reasonable development strategy of triple play can significantly improve the operation efficiency of urban transportation,and the service evaluation system can effectively evaluate the development of triple play integration in strip cities,which provides theoretical support for the formulation and optimization of urban transport policies.
