摘  要:目的分析头部薄层CT和3.0 T磁共振成像(MRI)融合技术在帕金森病患者脑深部电刺激术(DBS)中的应用及预后效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年7月期间我院收治的80例帕金森病患者,采取随机数字表法将其分为2组,每组均为40例,对照组患者在电刺激术前采取单纯3.0T MRI扫描,观察组患者在电刺激术前采取头部薄层CT和3.0T MRI融合技术扫描,对比2组患者扫描结果。结果2组左侧电极X轴、右侧电极X、Y、Z轴植入位置差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组左侧电极在Y轴、Z轴植入位置差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术前帕金森病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1周、术后6个月,观察组UPDRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为8%,对照组并发症发生率为42%,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论帕金森病患者DBS术中应用头部薄层CT和3.0T MRI融合技术,可以提升靶点定位准确性,有助于降低患者并发症发生率。Objective To analyze the application and prognostic effect of thin-slice CT and 3.0T MRI fusion technology in deep brain stimulation(DBS)surgery for patients with Parkinson′s disease(PD).Methods A total of 80patients with Parkinson′s disease admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into 2 groups with 40 patients in each group by random number table method.Patients in the control group underwent simple 3.0T MRI scanning before electrical stimulation,while patients in the observation group underwent thin-slice CT and 3.0T MRI fusion scanning before electrical stimulation.The scan results of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the implantation positions of the left electrode on X axis and the right electrode on X,Y,and Z axis(P<0.05),but there was significant difference in the implantation positions of the left electrode on Y axis and Z axis(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Parkinson′s disease comprehensive score scale(UPDRS)scores between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05).The UPDRS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 week and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was 8%in the observation group and 42%in the control group.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of thinslice CT and 3.0T MRI fusion technology in DBS surgery for Parkinson′s disease patients can improve the accuracy of target positioning,shorten the examination time of patients,and reduce the incidence of complications.
