摘　　要：职业教育集团实体化办学是深化职业教育办学体制改革、促进优质资源共建共享的重要模式,能够有效整合职业教育资源,推动职业教育内涵式发展,服务经济社会发展。通过剖析职业教育集团实体化办学的价值意蕴,梳理职业教育集团的概念特质、组织结构和实体化办学的内涵特征及机理困境,明确职业教育集团实体化办学的关键要素,构建集团实体化办学耦合体系,打造集团实体化办学利益融合共同体,建立集团实体化办学绩效考核机制,推进集团实体化办学“五化”路径。The physical education of vocational education groups is an important mode for deepening the reform of the vocational education system and promoting the co-construction and co-share of high-quality resources.It can effectively integrate vocational education resources,promote the connotative development of vocational education,and serve the economic and social development.By analyzing the value implications of the physical operation of vocational education groups,this paper sorts out the conceptual characteristics,organizational structure,and connotation characteristics and mechanism difficulties of physical education of vocational education groups,clarifies the key elements of physical education of vocational education groups,constructs an innovative coupling system for physical education of groups,creates a community of interest integration in physical education of groups,establishes a performance evaluation mechanism for physical education of groups,and promotes the“five modernizations”path of physical education of groups.
