摘  要:党的二十大报告首次将教育、科技、人才统筹部署、一体推进,明确到2035年建成教育强国、科技强国、人才强国。未来一个时期中国面临更激烈的人才竞争、更紧迫的人才需求、更突出的矛盾问题。应用型本科高校实施人才强校战略应当突出“应用为本”,围绕学校办学定位,突出学科前沿、引领人才创新发展,聚焦产业升级、促进人才融合发展,拓宽培养路径、鼓励人才个性发展,寻求特色鲜明的人才发展之路,形成错位竞争优势,从激烈的人才争夺战中成功“突围”。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)put education,science and technology,and talent into an integrated plan for the first time and made it clear that by 2035,China will become a strong country in education,science and technology,and talent.In the future period,China will face with more intense talent competition,more urgent talent demand,and more prominent contradictions and issues,application oriented undergraduate universities should highlight the“application-oriented”approach in implementing the talent strengthening strategy.Applied undergraduate universities should focus on their educational positioning,highlight the forefront of disciplines,lead the innovative development of talents,focus on industrial upgrading,promote the integrated development of talents,expand training paths,and encourage individual development of talents.Applied undergraduate universities should seek a distinctive path for talent development,form differentiated competitive advantages,and successfully“emerging”from the fierce competition for talent.
