摘　　要：后冬奥时代,为了推动我国冰雪运动深入发展,注重冰雪运动进校园的政策实施、成果巩固和效益拓展尤为重要。通过分析冰雪运动进校园的价值意蕴,归纳出其是实施体育强国战略的政策之机、助推体教深度融合的现实之机、倡导素质教育改革的行动之机,但当前面临北京冬奥会余热减退,学生积极性不高;学校整合资源能力有限,学生共享性不足;学校人才培养体系乏力,学生可塑性不强等现实挑战。提出赓续冬奥文化遗产,鼓励青少年“观冰雪”;加大政策扶持力度,支持青少年“玩冰雪”;提升体育教学质量,巩固青少年“练冰雪”;完善赛事体系建设,促进青少年“赛冰雪”等推进路径。旨在促进校园冰雪运动高质量发展,顺应国家冰雪战略决策部署,深化体教融合的教育改革,满足广大青少年及全国人民对冰雪运动的美好期待。In order to promote the in-depth development of ice and snow sports in China in the post-Winter Olympics era,it is particularly important to focus on the implementation of policies,consolidation of achievements and expansion of benefits of ice and snow sports on campus.By analyzing the value implication of ice and snow sports on campus,it is summarized that it is a policy opportunity to implement the strategy of a leading sports nation,a realistic opportunity to promote the deep integration of sports and education,and an opportunity to advocate the reform of quality education.However,at present,it is facing such reality challenges as the afterglow of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the lack of students'enthusiasm,the limited ability of schools to integrate resources and the insufficient sharing among students,and the lack of a school talent cultivation system and the lack of students'malleability.It is proposed to continue the cultural heritage of the Winter Olympics and encourage young people to“watch ice and snow”;increase policy support to support young people to“play ice and snow”;improve the quality of physical education teaching and consolidate young people's“practicing ice and snow”;improve the construction of the event system.The aim is to promote the highquality development of ice and snow sports on campus,comply with the national ice and snow strategy decision-making and deployment,deepen the integration of physical education and educational reform,and meet the beautiful expectations of the majority of young people and the whole country for ice and snow sports.
