摘 要:从职业心理学视角,采用定量研究方法,依据修订版《田纳西自我概念量表》及修改的《大学生生涯发展量表》,选取有代表性的广东省民办高校大学生作为研究样本。通过数据分析,发现大学生自我概念发展及生涯发展的整体水平为中等。从大学生心理能力发展角度,提出建立积极发展性职业价值观、构建健康的自我概念结构、提升可雇佣性技能及形塑健全的人格等策略来提高大学生生涯教育;从教育教学角度,提出构建多维互动课程体系和采用多元教学方法的建议,以促进学生自我概念与生涯发展的提高。From the perspective of vocational psychology,this study adopts quantitative research,revising the Tennessee Self⁃Concept Scale(TSCS)and the University Student Career Development Inventory(USCDI),selecting representative private university students in Guangdong Province as the research sample.The result revealed that the overall levels of self⁃concept development and career development among university students are moderate.Strategies are proposed from students'psychological abilities to enhance their career education,including fostering positive and developmental vocational values,constructing healthy self⁃concept structures,enhancing employ⁃ability skills,and shaping sound personalities.From the perspective of teaching,suggestions are made to facilitate the improvement of students'self⁃concept and career development,including constructing a multi⁃dimensional interactive curriculum system and adopting diversified teaching methods.
