摘　　要：在“专创、产教”双融合背景下,以智能制造产业拔尖创新人才培养创新模式为研究对象,重点围绕粤港澳大湾区传统制造产业的转型升级需求和高职院校毕业生就业现状引发的人才培养新挑战,以“高质量发展”战略实施需要为突破口,剖析当前高职院校智能制造专业群人才培养现状,构建“四协同、四拓展、四链接”的人才培养创新路径,旨在提高高职院校大学生创新创业素质能力,实现粤港澳大湾区智能制造产业结构的转型升级与创新创业型技术技能人才培养的有机衔接。Under the background of the“specialized innovation,production,and education”dual integration,this study focuses on the innovative training model for cultivating high⁃caliber talents in the intelligent manufacturing industry.It specifically hones in on the transformation and upgrading requirements of traditional manufacturing industries within the Guangdong⁃Hong Kong⁃Macao Greater Bay Area and the fresh challenges in talent development stemming from the employment landscape for higher vocational college graduates.By leveraging the“high⁃quality development”strategy,the paper delves into the current state of talent cultivation within the intelligent manufacturing field in vocational colleges.It proposes the establishment of an innovative talent training pathway characterized by“four synergies,four expansions,and four connections”to enhance the innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities of higher vocational college students.The ultimate goal is to establish an organic linkage between the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure in intelligent manufacturing within the Greater Bay Area and the cultivation of skilled,innovative,and entrepreneurial talents.
