摘  要:为满足市场对低凝柴油的需求,提升柴油降凝装置的经济效益,中石化石油化工科学研究院有限公司开发了新型加氢改质降凝催化剂RHC-130。中型实验表明:选用催化剂RHC-130,产品性质基本稳定;生产-20号和-35号柴油,均可同时满足对凝点、冷滤点和十六烷值的要求。结合工业应用情况,基于催化剂RHC-130的加氢改质降凝技术,可以在较为缓和的反应条件下,仅通过调整工艺条件灵活生产-35号、-20号、-10号低凝柴油,同时实现降低凝点、冷滤点,提高十六烷值等多重目标。催化剂RHC-130对柴油中高碳数重馏分的转化选择性更高,从而使产品收率得到了保障。采用该催化剂及相关降凝技术,可在降低柴油凝点的同时,解决降冷滤点效果不理想和十六烷值、收率降低等问题,大大提升了柴油降凝装置灵活性、利用率,增加了经济效益。To meet the market demand for low-freezing diesel and improve the economic efficiency of diesel pour point depression unit,SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing Co.,Ltd.has developed a new hydroupgrading and pour point depression catalyst,designated as RHC-130.The pilot experiment shows that using RHC-130 results in stable product properties;both-20^(#)and-35^(#)diesel produced can simultaneously meet the requirements for freezing point,cold filter point,and cetane number.Based on RHC-130,it is possible to flexibly produce-35^(#),-20^(#),and-10^(#)diesel under relatively mild reaction conditions,while achieving multiple goals such as reducing freezing point and cold filter point,and increasing cetane number.RHC-130 has higher selectivity for the conversion of high carbon fractions of diesel,ensuring product yield.The use of this catalyst and related pour point depression technology can solve the problems of reducing the freezing point of diesel while reducing the cold filter point unsatisfactorily and lowering the cetane number and yield.This greatly improves the flexibility and utilization rate of the diesel pour point depression unit,and increases economic benefits.
