摘 要:从社会需求、公众期望、社会责任以及示范效应等内外部因素分析明确了实验教学中心在科普教育中的重要角色。面对资源分配与规划的挑战,构建了一套以教育公平为基础、终身教育理念为引领,并倡导社会广泛参与的理论框架。实际操作中,该框架融合了知识传授的精准性、实践活动的趣味性与艺术性,以及线上线下相结合的传播方式,全方位推动社会科普教育的深入发展。结果显示,该创新路径不仅能优化资源配置,还能显著增强科普活动的实效性,为国家级实验教学中心在科普教育领域的深化拓展与实践创新提供强有力支持,进而推动科普教育水平的显著提升。This paper deeply explores the pivotal roles and strategies of national experimental teaching centers in universities in enhancing citizens'scientific literacy and promoting the integration of science and society.Facing on the challenges of resource allocation and planning,the team from the Biology Experimental Teaching Center at Beijing Normal University meticulously crafts a theoretical framework grounded in educational equity,it is guided by the concept of lifelong education,and advocates for broad societal participation.In practical application,this framework integrates the precision of knowledge transmission,the fun and artistry of practical activities,and combines online and offline communication methods,comprehensively drives the in-depth development of social science popularization education.The research findings indicate that this innovative path not only optimizes resource allocation but also markedly enhances the effectiveness of science popularization activities,provides robust support for the national experimental teaching centers to deepen their expansion and practical innovation in the field of science popularization education,which significantly elevates the overall level of science popularization education.
