摘 要:采用对比分析法分析了传统教学模式的局限性,提出构建“基础-综合-设计”三层次实验教学体系。引入“项目式”教学,融合前沿科研成果、绿色化学及思政教育元素,优化考核机制,培养和提升学生的科研素养和综合能力。教学改革成效显著,实验组学生优秀率从14.7%跃升至37.1%,生物科学专业平均分从81.9提升至87.6,且21级生化复合专业不及格率降为0。通过教学改革,学生的学习主动性与实践积极性均显著提升,分析与解决问题、实验操作、团队协作能力均得到了系统性锻炼与培养,学生的科研思维和创新思维得到了显著发展,为学生未来参与科学研究奠定了坚实的基础。This study systematically analyzes the limitations of traditional teaching models via the comparative analysis method,proposes the construction of a three-level experimental teaching system of“basic-comprehensive-design”,introduces“project-based”teaching,integrates cutting-edge scientific research achievements,green chemistry and ideological and political education elements,and optimizes the assessment mechanism,which gears towards fostering and enhancing students'scientific research literacy and comprehensive abilities.After the teaching reform,the results are significantly positive.The rate of outstanding students in the experimental group jumps from 14.7%to 37.1%,and the average score of the biological science major increases from 81.9 to 87.6.Furthermore,the failure rate for the Grade 2021 biology-chemistry composite major drops to 0.Through this reform,students'initiative in learning and enthusiasm for practice notably increases.Their analytical and problem-solving skills,experimental operations,and teamwork abilities are systematically exercised and cultivated,leading to a significant development in their scientific and innovative thinking,laying a solid foundation for their future involvement in scientific research.
