摘  要:动力电池是新能源汽车与储能装置的主要载体。锂离子电池凭借着高能量密度、寿命长以及适用范围广等优点被广泛应用于新能源电动汽车、储能电站等领域。由于材料结构的属性,锂离子电池具有一定安全风险。根据电池特性,从全生命周期视角开展了电池系统实验室建设,制定了面向动力电池的安全管控方案,形成了兼具展示与安全实验的可视化实验室。该实验室由电池制造、电池测试、电池成组、电池安全、电池回收与可持续发展等6部分组成,可满足电池全生命周期下各阶段的实验研究、教学管理及展示需求,对动力电池领域的教学科研、人才培养均有积极意义。该实验室建设与安全管理方案也可为其他高校提供借鉴。The power battery is the main carrier of new energy vehicles and energy storage.Lithium-ion batteries,with its advantages of high energy density,long life and wide application range,are widely used in new energy vehicles,energy storage devices and other fields.Lithium-ion batteries have certain experimental safety risks due to their material structure attributes.Based on battery characteristics,a battery system laboratory was built from the perspective of the whole life cycle,and the safety management and control plan for power batteries was formulated.A laboratory with visualization capabilities for both display and safety experiments was established.The laboratory consists of six parts,i.e.,battery manufacturing,battery testing,battery assembly,battery safety,battery recycling and sustainable development.It can meet the experimental research,teaching and exhibition work of batteries at all stages throughout the life cycle,which has positive significance for teaching and research in the field of power batteries and personnel training.At the same time,the laboratory construction and management plan can also provide reference experience for other universities.
