摘 要:自2013年共建“一带一路”倡议正式提出至今,共建“一带一路”从中国倡议走向国际实践,从理念转化为行动,从愿景转变为现实,形成了物畅其流、互联互通及共同发展的良好局面,取得了丰硕的成果。“一带一路”倡议建设的推进,为我国物流业发展提供了巨大的市场机遇,也对物流人才的培养提出了新的要求。文中分析了我国当前物流人才培养现状并指出其存在的问题,然后结合“一带一路”背景下物流人才需求的特征,构建面向“一带一路”倡议需求的物流创新人才培养模式。Since the Belt and Road Initiative was officially put forward in 2013,it has moved from a Chinese initiative to international practice,from concept to action,and from vision to reality,forming a good situation of smooth flow of things,connectivity and common development,and has achieved fruitful results.With the promotion of the Belt and Road Initiative construction,a huge market opportunity has been provided for the development of China's logistics industry,and new requirements have been put forward for the training of logistics talents.This paper analyzes the current situation of logistics talent training in China,points out its existing problems,and combines the characteristics of logistics talent demand in the context of the Belt and Road Initiative to build an innovative logistics talent training model oriented to the demand of the Belt and Road Initiative.
