高校辅导员突发事件应急能力提升路径研究

摘　　要：高校辅导员作为校园突发事件应急响应的核心力量,其应急管理能力对于维护校园安全稳定具有至关重要的作用。鉴于现实需求及辅导员职责与价值的双重考量,高校对其应急处理能力提出了更高要求。通过深入分析校园突发事件的形成机理和内在规律,文章从学校组织架构和辅导员个体发展两个层面,提出强化应急意识、构建应急管理体系、完善应急保障机制、锤炼过硬的政治素质、掌握全面的应急管理知识、提升信息技术应用能力等六个维度的辅导员应急能力提升路径。As the main force in dealing with the campus emergencies,college counselors play a crucial role in maintaining campus safety and stability.Given the practical demands and the dual considerations of counselors’responsibilities and values,higher standards are set for their emergency management capabilities.By deeply analyzing the mechanisms of campus emergencies,tracing their origins,and uncovering their inherent patterns,this paper proposes six dimensions of pathways for strengthening the counselors’emergency response capabilities based on both institutional frameworks and individual development.These dimensions include improving emergency awareness,building an emergency management system,optimizing emergency support mechanism,strengthening political competence,acquiring comprehensive emergency knowledge,and enhancing information technology application skills.
