摘  要:针对国民的烤鸭平价期待和肉鸭产业的高质量转型升级,京典北京鸭是由北京南口鸭育种科技有限公司联合中国农业大学和北京金星鸭业有限公司,以北京鸭遗传资源选育的专门化品系为育种素材,将常规育种技术和分子育种技术相结合,自主培育的烤制型肉鸭新配套系。该配套系生产性能优异,商品代35日龄出栏体重达到3.1 kg,饲料转化率为1.94∶1,成活率98%以上,皮脂率达到32%以上,胸肌率10%以上,均达到烤鸭坯标准。Aiming at the national roast duck parity expectation and the high-quality transformation and upgrading of the meat duck industry.The JingDianPekin duck commercial line is a new roasted meat duck commercial line independently bred by Beijing Nankou Duck Breeding Technology Inc.,China Agricultural University and Beijing Golden-Star Inc.,using the specialized strains selected from the genetic resources of Pekin ducks as breeding materials,combining conventional and molecular breeding technology.The production performance of this commercial line is excellent.The commercial stock reach 3.1 kg at 35 days of age,the feed conversion rate is 1.94:1,the survival rate is more than 98%,the sebum rate is more than 32%,and the breast muscle rate is more than 10%,all of which meet the standards for roast duck.
