摘　　要：渝州白鹅配套系是由重庆市畜牧科学院联合重庆泰华牧业(集团)有限公司等单位,针对重庆及西南地区肉鹅养殖和加工市场需求,以我国地方鹅品种四川白鹅、籽鹅、溆浦鹅为素材,采用现代家禽育种技术培育而成的中型白羽肉鹅配套系。配套系为三系杂交,商品代配套模式为Ⅲ_(公)×(Ⅰ_(公)×Ⅱ_(母))_(母)。Ⅰ系以由四川白鹅纯繁选育而成,Ⅱ系由籽鹅和四川白鹅杂交合成后选育而成,Ⅲ系由溆浦鹅和四川白鹅杂交合成后选育而成。选育过程中创新应用了种鹅个体表型测定、分子标记辅助选择、综合指数选择等方法,提高了育种效率。配套系父母代繁殖性能好,开产日龄200~205 d, 66周龄产蛋数85个,种蛋受精率90%以上;商品代肉鹅具有早期生长快、饲料效率高、适应性强等特点,70日龄出栏体重3.85 kg,料重比低于3.0∶1,成活率95%,皮脂率17.5%左右。渝州白鹅配套系具有优异的生产性能,可为地方卤鹅加工提供适宜的原料鹅品种。The Yuzhou White Goose was developed by Chongqing Academy of Animal Sciences,Chongqing Taihua Animal Husbandry(Group)Co.,Ltd.,and other institutions,to meet the demands of the goose meat breeding and processing market in Chongqing and southwestern China.Using local goose breeds such as Sichuan white goose,Zi goose,and Xupu goose as breeding materials.Yuzhou white goose is a medium-sized and white-feathered commercial hybrid system,which was bred by modern poultry breeding methods.The strain is a three-line hybrid pattern of Ⅲ_(male)×(Ⅰ_(male)×Ⅱ_(female))_(female).LineⅠwas developed through pure breeding of Sichuan white goose,LineⅡwas derived from Zi goose and Sichuan white goose,and LineⅢwas derived from Xupu goose and Sichuan white goose.Innovative methods such as individual phenotypic measurement of breeding geese,molecular marker-assisted selection,and composite index selection were applied during the breeding process to improve breeding efficiency.The parental generation of the strain exhibits good reproductive performance,with an age at first egg of 200-205 days,85 eggs laid by 66 weeks of age,and an egg fertility rate above 90%.The commercial generation meat geese are characterized by rapid early growth,high feed efficiency,and strong adaptability,with a slaughter weight of 3.85 kg at 70 days,a feed-to-gain ratio below 3.0∶1,a survival rate of 95%,and a skin fat percentage of approximately 17.5%.The Yuzhou White Goose exhibits exceptional comprehensive production performance,providing a suitable goose breed for local braised goose processing.
