摘　　要：目的:探讨BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式在儿科血液病房住院医师规范化培训中的实际应用效果。方法:选择某院2021-2023年儿科住院医师规范化培训的50名学员为研究对象,随机分为两组教学:实验组25名学员采用BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式,对照组25名学员采用LBL教学模式。在儿科血液病房规范化培训结束后,比较两组学员在基础理论、病例分析和技能操作中的考核成绩,并通过调查问卷评估教学效果。结果:实验组学员的基础理论、病例分析和技能操作成绩明显高于对照组,实验组学员对教学模式的评价明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式应用于儿科血液病房住院医师规范化培训带教中,可有效提高儿科住培医师的教学效果和教学质量。Objective:Discussing the practical application effect of the BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching mode in the standardization training of pediatric hematology inpatient physicians.Methods:50 pediatric resident physicians undergoing standardized training from 2021 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group of 25(using the BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching method)and the control group of 25(using the LBL teaching method).After the standardized training in the pediatric hematology ward,the examination results of the two groups of students in basic theory,case analysis,and skill operation was compared,and a questionnaire survey was conducted to assess the teaching effectiveness.Results:The experimental group's scores in basic theory,case analysis,and skill operation were significantly higher than those of the control group.The experimental group's evaluation of the teaching model was also significantly better than that of the control group,with the dfferences being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching model in the standardized training of pediatric residents in the pediatric hematology ward can effectively improve the teaching effectiveness and quality for pediatric resident physicians.
