康柏西普与雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射治疗眼底黄斑水肿的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析康柏西普与雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射治疗眼底黄斑水肿的价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年12月贵州普瑞眼科医院收治的60例眼底黄斑水肿患者,根据随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用雷珠单抗玻璃体腔注射治疗,观察组采用康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗。比较两组最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、血管内皮生长因子水平、眼底血流动力学指标。结果:治疗1、3个月后,两组最佳矫正视力高于治疗前,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组最佳矫正视力高于治疗1个月后,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月后,两组黄斑中心凹厚度低于治疗前,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组黄斑中心凹厚度低于治疗1个月后,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗1、3个月后,两组血管内皮生长因子水平低于治疗前,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,两组血管内皮生长因子水平低于治疗1个月后,观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,两组舒张末期血流速度、收缩期峰值血流速度升高,搏动指数、阻力指数降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗能够改善眼底黄斑水肿患者的视力,减轻黄斑水肿,降低血管内皮生长因子水平,改善眼底血流动力学。Objective:To analyze the value of combocept and leizumab intravitreal injection in the treatment of fundus macular edema.Methods:Sixty patients with fundus macular edema admitted to Guizhou Purui Eye Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was treated with leizumab intravitreal injection,and the observation group was treated with combocept intravitreal injection.The best corrected visual acuity,macular fovea thickness,vascular endothelial growth factor level and fundus hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Results:After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the best corrected visual acuity of the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the best corrected visual acuity in both groups was higher than that after 1 month of treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the macular fovea thickness in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the thickness of macular fovea in both groups was lower than that after 1 month of treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 1 and 3 months of treatment,the vascular endothelial growth factor level in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of treatment,the vascular endothelial growth factor level in both groups was lower than that after 1 month of treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the end-diastolic blood flow velocity and peak systolic blood flow velocity increased,and the pulse index and resistance index decreased in both groups,and the observation group was better t
