摘　　要：如何培养符合市场需求的高素质复合型技术技能人才,一直是各大高校持续关注和研究的重点问题。随着城镇化进程的快速发展和持续的房地产开发投资,物业管理服务的内容也在不断转型扩展,行业对人才综合素质的需求也在不断提高。文章以湖南开放大学现代物业管理专业为例,旨在从行业发展新趋势出发,结合目前企业的市场需求和学校人才培养现状,挖掘学校专业人才培养过程中存在的问题并提出优化路径,以改进专业人才培养模式,培养符合市场需要的技术技能型人才,并为其他高校现代物业管理专业人才培养提供一定的借鉴。How to cultivate high-quality composite technical and skilled talents that meet market demand has always been a key issue of continuous attention and research for major universities.With the process of urbanization and continuous investment in real estate development,the content of property management services is constantly transforming and expanding,and the industry's demand for comprehensive talent quality is also constantly increasing.The article takes the Modern Property Management major of Hunan Open University as an example,aiming to explore the problems in the process of professional talent cultivation in schools based on the new trends of industry development,combined with the current market demand of enterprises and the current situation of talent cultivation in schools,and propose optimization paths to improve the professional talent cultivation mode,cultivate technical and skilled talents that meet market needs,and provide some reference for the cultivation of modern property management professionals in other universities.
