摘　　要：应用型本科高校就业教育具有系统性、实践性、目的性等特点。为破解当前就业教育中存在的观念较为滞后、师资力量薄弱、内容脱离实际、形式过于简单、资源供给不足等问题,在大思政格局下,文章探索构建了应用型本科高校就业教育“一二三四”体系,并从理想信念、文化素养、道德修养、职业精神等方面充分挖掘思政元素,促进大学生树立正确的就业价值观,实现更高质量、更充分的就业。Employment education in applied undergraduate universities has the characteristics of systematicity,practicality,and purposefulness.In order to solve the problems of outdated concepts,weak teaching staff,unrealistic content,overly simple forms,and insufficient resource supply in current employment education,we have explored the construction of the"One,Two,Three,Four"system for applied undergraduate employment education under the framework of ideological and political education.We have fully explored ideological and political elements from aspects such as ideal beliefs,cultural literacy,moral cultivation,and professional spirit,promoting college students to establish correct employment values,and achieving higher quality and more full employment.
